1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the UsunX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered members, and VIP players.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use our services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. UsunX reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
3. Account Registration
Each user may only maintain one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. UsunX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies, including duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, or identity misrepresentation.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are processed instantly for most payment methods. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) and may take 10 minutes to 3 business days depending on the method. Minimum and maximum limits apply. UsunX reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals.
5. Betting Rules
All bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except where explicitly allowed (e.g., Cash Out feature). In the event of a void match, bets will be refunded. Maximum payouts apply per bet and per day based on account level.
6. Responsible Gaming

7. Intellectual Property

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use AES-256-GCM encryption and blockchain verification to protect your data. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required by law or for service provision.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in: money laundering, fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of system errors, or any activity that gives an unfair advantage. Violation will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
10. Limitation of Liability
UsunX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user. We are not responsible for losses due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
11. Modifications
UsunX reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curacao. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Curacao eGaming Authority.
